FOR THE BENEFIT OF ROTARY EXCHANGE STUDENTS

The 36th annual bus trip around the USA!!!

This trip is made available to Rotary Exchange students who have
the means and desire to see the USA.

2012 Discover America Bus Trip!!!

COST: $2,200 per person for transportation, lodging, and sightseeing. Travel
will be via deluxe air-conditioned motor coach. Lodging will be in hotels and
motels. The READABLE, COMPLETE application must be received with
first payment of $1,200, Insurance Card (COPY), and Exchange Student
Card no later than April 1, 2012.
Final payment of $1,000 is due by April 25, 2012.


Please remember that ALL applications need to be filled in completely
AND must be readable (please PRINT).

If we cannot read the application we have the right to return it and you will NOT be placed
on the trip until we are satisfied with the application.

Please also remember to send ALL required information with you application, such as your check or
money order, a copy of your insurance card, and one of your Rotary student cards with your picture on it.

If any of these are missing we will return the application and you will NOT be placed
on the trip until we receive ALL required information (at the SAME time).

We are volunteers and do NOT have the time to put all of your information together
for you when you send documents in separate mailings.
